Terms and Conditions of Use
These "Terms and Conditions of Use" (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of members utilizing the You & You application service (hereinafter referred to as "You & You" or the "Service") operated by Korea Asset Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
The term "Service" encompasses all services related to You & You AI that can be accessed by "members," regardless of the type of devices employed (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs and portable terminals).
A "Member" refers to a customer who accesses the company's "service," enters into a usage contract with the "company" in accordance with these terms, and avails of the "service" provided by the "company."
"Company member" pertains to a medical institution and related company participating in the "service." They register hospital and medical staff information, as well as information about non-insured medical items. This registration is carried out for the purpose of disseminating information to members.
A "Non-member" denotes an individual who uses the service provided by the company without executing a usage contract.
A "Nickname" signifies a combination of letters and numbers selected by a "member" and approved by the "company." This combination is employed for the identification of a "member" and for accessing the "service."
A "Password" consists of a combination of letters or numbers chosen by the "member." Its purpose is to verify the "member's" identity corresponding to the provided "ID" and to ensure the security of confidential information.
A "Post" encompasses content such as code (including URLs), text, voice recordings, sounds, videos (including video clips), images (including photographs), and files that "members" and customers upload or register on the company's provided service.
